Chianti Express is offering a revolutionary way to eat an excellent pizza, fresh pasta or even try a pinsa as you sit in the square! The beautiful new Chianti Express van will allow you to eat outside - ours is a travelling kitchen born from the desire to bring the concept of eating well and together out on the road! Our fundamental principle? Natural and genuine ingredients, raw materials worked with in an artisanal, creative and careful way.
You can find us from 26 January 2020 where we will be preparing lunch and dinner in various squares in Chianti.
Every moment is the right moment to go and try what we can offer from our truck: whether it is a meal to be eaten outside the home or a healthy and appetizing snack or even a nice tasty aperitif in the cool of the evening, it makes no difference! We do them all!
Great ideas need time: this is what happened to us in the Chianti Cooking Experience family. Chianti Express has grown out of the Chianti Cooking Experience (so it comes with guarantee of quality with regards to food, events and cooking classes) and also inherits passion, creativity, professionalism and inventiveness which we have built up over the last 10 years. To celebrate those ten years we decided to pursue a new road and what better way than a food truck equipped for cooking on site?
Our truck is perfect as a "soloist" for an Italian evening with pasta and pizza, or "in chorus" -together with other stands to prepare aperitifs and finger food ... not only for special events such as weddings or themed fairs .. But perhaps also to offer something new, special and captivating?
